Co-Founder & CFO Consultant
Pascal earned his M.A. in economics at the university of St. Gallen and his charter from the CFA Institute in Virginia (US). He is very passionate about market assessments and identifying strategic potentials but also in measuring and improving the operational and financial performance of a business. In the past, Pascal assessed over 1’000 startups for financial and strategic investors, hence, knows their rationale. He speaks schwiizerdütsch, German, English, Spanish and French fluently.
Co-Founder & CFO Consultant
Chaithra is a prominent member of the Institute of chartered accountants of India & also holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce. She is passionate about accounting and has always been capable of drilling down to low-level details while keeping the larger picture in mind. Throughout her career which spans over 10 years, she has worked with multiple Fortune 500 multinational companies where she was able to collaborate across geographies and lead multiple teams to bring structure and efficiency in their accounting & tax processes. She speaks English & Hindi fluently.
Digital Marketing Specialist
Khushal is in his final year of business admin- istration studies at Yashwantrao Chavan college (IN). He soon discovered his enthusiasm for digital marketing. As a result, he completed several certifications that make him an expert in SEO on google and youtube. Before that he worked as a marketing specialist at ABP majha. Khushal speaks English, Hindi, Marathi and Marwari fluently.

She is a fellow member of the Institute of chartered accountants of India and qualified information system auditor. She is a financial executive with a positive outlook on life, who enjoys looking for creative ways to solve everyday challenges in financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting & valuation of startups.
She has a 16+ years track record of serving small to large companies (both publicly traded and privately held). She grew up in the big 4 accounting world and soon after, graduated to serving small to large-sized, fast growing technology and financial services companies in senior financial management roles as both financial controller and CFO. She led multiple teams to bring efficiency and value in overall functioning and monitoring of the finance and accounts division of these companies.
In her free time, She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, being outdoors and relaxing.
